How to jailbreak iOS 7.0.6 using Evasi0n 7
Step 1: Download Evasi0n7 1.0.6 from our downloads pageStep 2: Connect your iOS device running iOS 7.0.6 to your Mac
Step 3: Double click on Evasi0n7 to run. It should recognize your iOS 7.0.6 device
Step 4: Click jailbreak and follow the on-screen instructions
Step 5: Once the jailbreak is completed find the Cydia icon on your Home screen and open it to setup your device
1*Prepping Your Device (Creating a Backup)
1. Open iTunes
2. Plug in your device and wait for it to pop up in iTunes
3. In the device window, click the button that says "Back Up Now." If asks you to transfer purchases from your device, make sure that you transfer your purchases selecting the "Transfer" option.
4. Wait for the backup to be made. Depending on how much you have on your device, this may take a long time. Look at the status bar near the top in iTunes to see how backup process is progressing.
Once the status bar shows the Apple logo again, the backup has been created. To confirm that the backup has been successfully created, you can look at the bottom of the device page to see when the last backup was created. After you have made a backup you are ready to restore your device. See the next page to learn how to do this.
2*Prepping Your Device (Restoring Your Device)
To restore do the following:
1. Go to the page for your device in iTunes (you should already be here).
2. Click on the restore button. If iTunes tells you that you need to turn off "Find My iPhone" go to Settings>iCloud and switch "Find My iPhone" to off (you will have to enter your iTunes/iCloud password). Once "Find My iPhone" is turned off, you should be able to restore your device.
3. Wait for the restore process to complete. If you have never restored your device before, it may take a long time since iTunes will have to download the firmware file for your device.
4. Once the restoration process is complete, you should be prompted with a page in iTunes that allows you to either setup your device as a new one or restore from a backup. Choose the "Restore From Backup" option and select the backup that you just made. This will put your device back to the way that it was before you started this tutorial. By restoring from a backup, you will be reinstalling all of the data, apps, music, etc. that you had when the backup was made.
5. Once your device has been restored from the backup, unlock it to make sure that all of your data, apps, music, etc. has been reinstalled. If it has, proceed to the next page where you will learn how to actually jailbreak your device.

3*Jailbreaking Your Device (Intro)
At
this point, your device should be restored using iTunes and you should
have all of your data, apps, music, etc. back on your device. Next, we
are going to download the jailbreak utility from the Evasi0n website and
then use it to jailbreak the device that you have prepped. Go on to
the next page when your ready to jailbreak!
4*Jailbreaking Your Device (Using the Utility to Jailbreak)
1. Double click the "evasi0n7" utility that you extracted.2. Make sure that your device is plugged in.
3. Check to see that the utility recognizes your device. If the utility recognizes your device, it will say your phone's model (ex/ iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, etc.) and the "jailbreak" button will light up.
4. Simply press the jailbreak button wait for the utility to jailbreak your device. About halfway through the process, the utility will ask you to unlock your device and click on a new app called "evasion 7" that has been installed on the last page of apps on your device. Simply unlock your device, scroll to the last page of apps, click on the "evasion 7" app and leave the utility to finish jailbreaking your device. This is the only thing that you will have to do during the jailbreak process. Other than opening the "evasi0n 7" app when asked to do so, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR DEVICE.
5. Once the utility is finished jailbreaking your device, wait for your device to reboot before touching it. It may reboot multiple times. Make sure that the device is done rebooting before touching it. A good rule of thumb is to wait 30 seconds and if the device doesn't reboot after 30 seconds, it is done rebooting and you are good to go! Once your device is done rebooting, proceed to the next step to learn how to setup your newly jailbroken device.5* device will restar
